"We supply Cranstons with our Salt Marsh Lamb from August through to November. Our lambs graze the pastures on the banks of the Solway which are washed daily with the salty tidal water between the spring and autumn. The resulting lamb far from tasting salty, has a sweet, fragrant and distinctive flavour- a real regional delicacy."
